I purchased two products, one in June 2012 and one in Dec 2012.
The bag purchased in June was of bad quality, I have asked for them to collect it and give me a refund. I am still battling to get them to do their work. I have spent a lot of money trying to get Groupon to do their work.
Secondly the software purchased bought in Dec has not been delivered.
I have never seen such incompetency. How long does it take to deliver a product from Cape town to Johannesburg? The only thing Groupon is good at is not responding to customer complaints and poor service.
