PAID FOR ORDER, NOT RECEIVING IT

I bought a deal from groupon at the beginning of July, when the deal closed and we did not receive our goods I contacted the supplier, according to them I was not on the list they received to deliver the goods. I emailed several times and never got a response! I phoned quite a few times and every time the person will send me an email with feedback, I am still waiting! Last week the lady i spoke to had me send my proof of payment and she also promised to get back to me... guess what! Still waiting,
This is not looking good, I paid, am not receiving my goods and upon inquiring no one gets back to me! This is to say the least pathetic!
