Hi,

On 26/02/2013 I deposited an amount amount R515.00 at Groupon's bank account in respect of the voucher.
I have send a proof of payment to Groupon the same day. On 27/02/2013 I have sent them an email requesting the voucher, to my suprise they did not even bother to respond to all my e-mails, instead I just receive emails from them regarding for their deals.

I have phoned the call center several times and always Im assisted by a different people and im told to send proof of payment.

The service from the call center its just pathetic because how can someone's query not being capatured on the system. This morning I have phoned the same call center, I was just assited by someone who has just worked there for a month only.

You will always be told about the policy whenever you need request your refund.

One way or the other they will pay my money

I don't encourage any person to make busines with GROUPON because at the end of the day you will waste time and money making enquries at the so called CALL CENTER about your hard earned money, without getting value for your money.

GROUPON MUST JUST FORGET ABOUT MAKING BUSINESS IN MZANZI
