Can't change banking details, no response

New credit card with new expiry date resulted in payment rejected. Impossible to change banking details. No response from online query and no contact details so can't phone. So now I can't buy anything and can't contact anybody and can't stop receiving useless daily ads. Was trying to buy a garden swing
