Changing my banking details - impossible

I have been in a six week struggle to change my banking details from Nedbank to FNB. The most useless indivuals have dealt (or not dealt) with this. It is almost the end of the month and I have yet to have had confirmation that this has been done. Would love if someone would just phone me and change my banking details, because the back and forth is not working MOMENTUM. I want to pay you and not have penalties from my old bank. Please help me!!!
