Refund taken over 2 months and still no response

I bought a voucher over two months ago and before I paid I sent a message to confirm banking details. After not receiving a response, I made payment to the banking details I had previously saved. One week later, after payment was already overdue, I received a response to my query stating that banking details had changed and my deal purchased would not be honored. Since then I have sent numerous requests for my refund and each time a new person responds days later asking for the same info I had already sent to the person before. This is a refund department and to take more than two months to process a request is unacceptable.
