Am not happy with your service booked on line only to find out I was scramed by the guy named Michael. The manager was called he said it was not the first time happening and I should open the case as there was nothing he could do. My kids were so traumatized because we had to look for another place without any luck .had to go back to Johannesburg.i ask the manager how do you book he said the best is to come on site I didn't understand why must I come to Zimbali just for booking. It sound like Zimbali has scram agents
