Poor Service from DealClick

On 04/12/2012 I sent an email containing details of 2 vouchers for goods which I had paid for on the site. When I had received nothing by 15/12, I emailed 'Gugu Manako'. After receiving no response by 18/12/2012, I emailed again. and again on 20/12/2012 and 21/12/2012 after which I received the following message: Please note that I am currently on leave and will be returning on the the 7th January 2013. For emergencies, please email [Email Removed] When I emailed that email address, I strangely received the exact same out of office reply. Eventually, on 27/12/2012, I received ONE of the products which I had ordered. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until the 7th when I phoned the contact number on the courier docket to enquire why I had only receive one parcel. They were unable to come up with an answer and duly promised to send the other one. It is now 3 days later and I have yet to receive my second parcel or any word or sms containing a tracking number, as promised.
