No Delivery from Groupon

I am quite dissappointed with the service from Group On.

I puchased a bamboo cutting board on the 04/12/2012. On the 06/12/2012 I received an email to confirm the order. on the 10/12/2012 I received an email to say my item has been despatched and that I could track it on courier it using my security code. I have been unable to track this item on the website, so I phoned courier
it and they have told me that the number does not exist on their system.

I let Gropuon know & they told me that I would receive my order by the 21/12/2012 and I have still not received it. I have checked my ticket number and it says that it has been resolved or removed. I emailed groupon back on the 04/01/2013, they replied saying the supplier will be back on the 7 Jan & they would let me know what is going on. It is now the 15/01/2013 and I have not heard anything back. Im incredibly dissapointed as you pay for something in good faith that you will receive it & in the end you end up with nothing but stress.
