I completed my course in Import & Export Management in November 2012. I have up to date not received my awards / certificates, after numerous attempts dealing with "Student Service". I spoke to a lady (Palesa Tsotetsi) at the call centre and emailed my address to her on the 10th of September 2013. She replied to my email 25 September 2013 stating that my information was received and updated, and provided me with a tracking number. As I still haven't received my rewards on the 31st of October 2013, I emailed again, and received no response. Today, 19 November 2013, I went to the post office with the tracking number, only to find out that this is an old tracking number used in 2012. I sent an email to Palesa asking what the status is, and how disappointed I am, on which she replied asking for my postal address again? I cannot understand what the difficulty is??? If my details were received and updated on the 10th of September, why on earth would you ask for the details again?
