I have been trying to get hold of Groupon since the 20th of December 2012. To date i have not received any response on my emails and the que on the help line is always overloaded. I do not have time to sit on the phone for 2 hours while i wait for someone to answer.
I paid for a Voucher 18 November 2012, the money went out very fast yet to date i still have not received the item nore has anyone got back to me to notify where this product is.
I have left massages for the managers to contact me back and specifically left massages for Marisha and to date not even a reply. The service is shocking and your support is a absolute joke!
