I ordered items from Leisure Books on 06 Jan 2012 and fully paid by 30 Jan 2012 (R52.40 CR). On 03 Feb 2012 I received an email: order returned. I phoned and made arrangements for a re-send. Never heard or received anything 'til 16 May 2012, referring to the "R35.20 CR" on my account. This would be fine, but I'm still waiting for the previous order... On 08 Aug 2012 my statement reflected a debit of R161.60, obviously the Leisure Book choice for the quarterly committed order, which I didn't pay as I am still waiting for my January order. I sent a few emails and got a reply from Irene Kriel on 8 Aug 2012 promising that I will be refunded for those items not available and the rest will be sent again, this time to a changed address supplied by me. Order confirmed on 15 Aug 2012. On 12 Nov 2012 I received another "invite" to use the R159.20 CR, I still haven't received my original order of January... Then... I received an email telling me my parcel is ready for collection at The Glen (04 Jan 2013)... Really? I stay in Boksburg and provided them with a PO Box...?? I honestly do not like Leisure Books very much at the moment...
