I ordered a parcel from [URL Removed] and paid it on 21/12/2013 . I emailed them on 30/12/2013 to find out how far is the parcel and when will I receive it? They did not reply to my email so I emailed again on 02/01/2014 to find out about the parcel and still no response. It's now 16 days and no response and no parcel from them...???
This is Pathetic and slow service from [URL Removed] I will spread the bad word of [URL Removed] where ever I go.
