The history: I ordered a Y-pad for my son 12 Nov 2012. I sent a mail as I have not received delivery 11 Feb 2013 and 27 March 2013. Gugu Manako responded promising delivery 27 March 2013. I received a response again from Gugu 2 April 2013 promising shipping and delivery. I requested a refund as the goods was still not delivered 26 July 2013. Today is the 10th October 2013 and thus far I have not received a refund or delivery or even an apology. I wanted to just forget about it but thought WHY should I and how many people have paid and not received their goods from Delaclick. PS you can go learn from Daddy's Deals, I have purchased from them twice and never ever had any problems. It is now almost a year and I demand an answer from dealclick!!!
