I bought a bracelet for my sister as a Christmas present. The first time she wore it, it broke.
I got hold of Groupon customer services and explained the issue. They asked me for proof, so sent photos.
Eventually the wrong bracelet was delivered. When i sent Guhan another mail explaining what had happened, he just couldnt be bothered with reading emails, and ignored my requests regarding the right bracelet and sent me a mail saying "glad your issue has been resolved". So furious, i sent ANOTHER mail asking for a contact number and for the replacement of the bracelet. He then ignored that and eventually just told me he had refunded my money.. when i specifically said i didn't want a refund and wanted to replace my sister's present.
Oh and he ignored my 3rd request for a contact number... and I'm still waiting. So rude.
