I bought a ring & a bracelet on the 28th of Dec @ Sterns Eastgate. bracelet was not suitable so I took it back lst wk Friday. I was attended by Phindile I realised I didnt hve a slip ut I had my card I used to buy as I have accounts with Foschini Grp. Phindile told me she cant help me with a card to trace the purchase. I asked her to plz try. She told me she cant help me she needs a number on the receipt I asked her what do I do bcoz I cant use di bracelet. She said she will call the people who has the doc's she isnt sure if they will find the receipt. she said she cant and she will call me by Wednesday which she neva did. I had taken my ring 4 resizing I gave her the receipt. She came back with the ring she opened it, i tried it on & it was big. I told her it is big, she told me that u signed for a -k, the size I wanted, she even showed me where i signed. I told her i know i signed, bt i expect her to @ lst say she will take it back to be resized not to say this is the size i wanted. Paying wasnt an issue. She didnt call & she let me go with a bigger size ring. We argued she even asked Tando to take my details so that they call me to take bracelet back maybe she was so big to take
