I made an online credit card purchase in December 2013, reversed the purchase a few hours later and still don't have a refund reflecting in my account.
I sent a copy of my credit card account to Groupon as proof that I had not been refunded, yet they STILL dont accept it and insist that SAFESHOP refunded me.
The money is still not reflecting in my account (Jan 30 2014) and after speaking to a Virgin Money service consultant (who also cannot see any payment from "Safeshop"), I dispute that the money was in fact refunded.
Groupon should refund me from their own pocket!! as they are the ones I made payment to.
How does one get to speak to anyone at Groupon? I have also sent this complaint to the Consumer Council.
Groupon, time to be honest... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS NOR THE REFUND!!!
