On the 21/3/2013 i bought a watch with a bracelet. The bracelet was to small and they said they will send it away to put in extra extentions. I asked them how long will it take and the answer is two weeks. It is now 13 weeks later and i still don't have my bracelet back. After several calls the only answer i got from them was we lost your number and it is still not ready. With every call i gave them my number again but yet again i had to phone again just to hear we lost your number. This is really the worsed service i have received from a jewellery shop. i hope you can assist me with this problem, because i am starting to really getting upset now.
