No transparency with regards to service delivery

I registered with Groupon and bought a Groupon voucher this morning 29/1/2014. I effected payment via EFT - directly from a Standard Bank account to their Standard Bank Account. Two hours later I still have not received confirmation of payment and or a voucher. I mailed their support line and enclosed a proof of payment - to which I received a computer generated letter stating FAQ. I followed through on this and tried to access my account with Groupon (registration was successful as I had received confirmation of this) only to receive a response 'we do not have you registered' . I phoned and spoke to 'Riska' who checked and confirmed that I was indeed registered and advised that it took up to 5 days for a voucher to be issued - this is how long it takes to process EFT payments - I was absolutely appalled at this answer as direct transfers take no longer than 10 minutes to appear in the receiver's account. Nowhere on their site is this mentioned. My anger in this regard is the fact that I can only book for this cleaning service after I have received my voucher - this will now take much longer than anticipated
