This voucher was purchased on time, funds were sent to the bank account on the website on the same date that the voucher was purchased but it was not honoured. Now Groupon does not want to generate the voucher because the deal is closed. Then an inquiry was sent on the 17th January about the voucher, and Groupon only responded 10 days later. But everything was done BEFORE the deal was closed. If it takes time to locate EFT payments, it should not be a payment option. Please sort this out Groupon it is not acceptable, and I will accept nothing less than the voucher that was purchased on the 5th January.
