I have ordered two products with Groupon. One in December and one on 6 January 2014.
Have not received both.
Have been trying or over 1.5 weeks to get a refund for the product ordered in December. Have been made false promises or received no feedback from the customer queries department.
When I queried about the order placed in January I get told an outside company delivers and they cannot track my order someone from that company will be I touch.
This is pathetic service and no one bothers to assist me.
