I purchased a voucher for a meal in Durban as we were heading there for vacation. upon leaving for Durban, the voucher had not been received. I enquired and was informed they were awaiting payment. proof of payment was immediately e-mailed and a voucher requested before we depart, alternatively a refund as we live in Johannesburg. this was LONGER THAN A MONTH AGO! promises of looking into it have come to nothing and threats of complaints have been ignored. Groupon has literally my money. beware of Groupon, it is just to easy for them to pass the buck, i.e the money has not been paid over by the bank etc.
