I bought an A3 canvas voucher on the 19th Feb and received confirmation that order was received, on the 20th Feb I did an EFT to groupon bank account but never received the voucher. I then called Groupon client services and spoke to Nyameka who told me that there was a problem with the promotion but I should get the voucher later that day but I never did. I had to call them again and follow up. Few days later I spoke to Sisanda who told me that the promotion was cancelled and they will process my refund and credit my groupon account I told her that I would like the refund to be processed into my account, she then told me that it will takes 5 working days. On 27 Feb I sent another follow up email requesting them to credit my bank account. I called them again today and spoke to Lunga and Merisha who promised to credit my account in 5days. I would like my account to be credit asap, as I would like to purchase from another service provider?
