No voucher for deal purchased & no feedback given

I registered my mom on Groupon as she wanted to purchase a specific deal. I then made an EFT payment on her behalf for the deal she purchased, emailing proof of payment as requested. The email to [Email Removed] came back as a delivery failure so I emailed the proof to [Email Removed] instead. My mom had recieved no communication from Groupon after registering and purchasing the deal, not even an email confirming her registration or purchase. She emailed Groupon requesting confirmation and got no response. We used the site's query form- nothing. 4 Days passed before I eventually called their customer line. Was told their system is offline I should call again the next week. Called again, was told they would email me. Received an email asking proof of payment which she AGAIN sent immediately. We are still waiting to hear from them. Terrible service, no feedback on queries sent and still no voucher! My mom cant make an appointment for the deal as the salon insists on a voucher code and they are getting more and more bookings which is messing up everyone's schedules. Very disappointed in Groupon!!
