I ordered 2 canvas prints on 22/08/2013 from Groupon. After ordering you have 5 days to do a payment via EFT, on 23/08 I made a payment to Groupon after which I received an e-mail saying that they received my order and that once my payment has been processed I will get the voucher for the purchased deal. Today I phoned to hear where is the voucher and the consultant said the deal is not linked with the payment on the system and that I must send proof of payment together with my banking details so that the money can be refunded and that it was a system error? This is totally unacceptable as the money went off my bank 1 day after the order was placed and I received confirmation that the payment will be processed and that they received the order.
