A week before Christmas I made 3 purchases on groupon.the money was deducted from my account immediately.the one product that I purchased was not what was advertised and had to have my money refunded.i have made numerous attempts to find out what's happening with the deliveries.get the same standard, no one gives a response with a ref numbe saying they are trying their best to assist. If that's grouping best to not contact the customer after numerous attempts that's not acceptable at all. What groupon is consistently good at is sending me emails about specials which I never requested but because you make a purchase from them your details are put on a high email hit list. Pathetic
