Hi I am really getting fed up with groupon! I have already placed 2 complaints, and none of them was successful. I am very upset and I paid a lot of money for a product and never received anything, they said they never sent it, then Someone phoned me after the second compaint telling me they are sorry, she ended by telling me she will send me a email with details, She never did! So I am sorry, but I want a refund on this purchase! This is Really not how you treat customers, If you cant maintain your customers, net run fewer Deals so that you can have a valid service that someone can pay for!
Calling your Helpline is helpless because you spend more money on the call than you do on the product! and they do not even do what you ask! Pathetic
