On 24/11, made Groupon purchase. Due date, 20/12. Still not delivered. Summary:
10/12 Groupon email said purchase would be delivered no later than 20/12 as it was on Christmas list.
No parcel by 20/12 so emailed Groupon.
21/12 again sent an email
23/12 again submitted a query about the parcel
24/12 I received a standard (irrelevant) response.
18/12 again enquired, received response that the matter would be escalated.
02/01 received an email requesting that I confirm that I had still not received the parcel. I did immediately.
Have complained on HelloPeter and Groupon said looking into matter. Have complained on Twitter - no response.
21/01 I received an email from Groupon stating I would receive the parcel last week.
HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED PARCEL.
