I made a purchase from Groupon on 27112012. Up to this day I have had no feedback to my numerous emails (3 emails), and the phone lines stay busy for longer than half an hour. When you do get through they make you hold or they cant assist and say call back. I have already been deducted for the product, almost on the same day. It says up to 4 weeks for delivery, its now 7 weeks and absolutely no service from Groupon. You are and I want my money back. Never have i experienced such bad service from a suppose -d reputable company. Groupon stinks and treats its customers with no regard. I want my money immediately!!!
