UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I AM FO FURIOUS NOW!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL GROUPON CUSTOMER, BUT THE PASSED FEW TIMES I HAVE PURCHASED SOMETHING HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!

I PURCHASED AN ITEM, IMMEDIATELY PAYED FOR IT ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS MADE BY GROUPON. SINCE IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 5 WEEKS SINCE I PURCHASED IT, I LOGGED ON TO MY ACCOUNT TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING.

GROUPON REFUSED AS PER NO PAYMENT??? I AM SICK OF THIS!! I DO NOT WANT A REFUND!! I WANT THE PRODUCT THAT I HAVE PAYED FOR!!! THEY ARE QUICK TO WANT PAYMENT, BUT PATHETIC TO DELIVER THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR! DISGUSTED!!
