To whom it may concern,
I purchased a Spa treatment from Groupon SA for my wife for Christmas. Excitedly I folded the payment and put it into an envelope for one of her presents. A few days later no confirmation had been received - I chased up to no avail...

Eventually after 3 weeks an email came thru stating that my transaction was not successful. I was vehement that I wanted the deal, again to no avial... Eventually after the third generic email, Groupon asked for my bank detials which I supplied again to no avail... After 5 emails stating what shoddy service Groupon provided and the subsequent, again, generic email stating 'Hey Groupie', all correspondence stopped from their side. Today 5/2/2013, finally, the money was returned to my account. All this after the initial payment was made back in Nov 2012? I will never buy a thing from Groupon, nor will ever recommend it, in fact, I will state the contrary. Utterly poor and thoroughly disappointing...
