GroupOn allows there affiliates to commit. A friend bought me a massage voucher. I could not make the booking because no one would answer the phone at the salon, I sent emails, she does not respond, other than once asking when I wanted to come, I responded with date and time - never heard from her again. The voucher eventually expired, we logged a complaint. We were told that the woman had filled the voucher which means GroupOn paid her! We have called more than 8 times and have sent over 15 emails to get groupon to act! We are still waiting. They give you generic answers like 'we are working on it' - Team Leader Lyndall, promised an answer in 48hrs - It has been over a month! Everytime you have to speak to a different person, no one comes back to you. Team Leader's are not interested. Groupon has no integrity! Their customer service stinks! This woman just got away with R450, filled the voucher and Groupon allows her to get away with it.
