I Bought a Groupon voucher for my mother and i to enjoy in February. i tried making a booking in march, april and then again in July but they keep on telling me they are full and wont be able to assist me. My voucher expires on the 14 the of august so O2 spa told me to phone Groupon and get my money back. unfortunatelly groupon doenst give money back so i now have credit on groupon to use. i think this is very bad service from that spa surelly you can help me in September of when you do have bookings open???
