I bought a voucher on Groupon. When I phoned the restaurant, they said that they never agreed with Groupon about the voucher, and that the voucher is invalid and that I should contact Groupon to get my money back.
Groupon never contacted me to tell me the voucher is invalid, which REALLY ticks me off. I then contacted Groupon, and they sent an auto response, but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything.
I would like my money back.
