Passing the buck

A friend and I took part as extras at a Hansa shoot. Five months down the line STILL not paid in spite of several phone calls and emails.
No response on emails, no call back on leaving messages.
The "person who handles this" is never in, or doesn't work on Monday, or Tuesday, or any day in Dec and so it carries on.
But "urgent messages" are ignored...
We've had enough!
