I PURCHASED A MASSAGE VOUCHER 5 MONTHS AGO, 30 PHONE CALLS LATER, I COULD NOT GET A BOOKING WITH THE VENDOR, I SENT MANY EMAILS TO GROUPON AS WELL AS MANY PHONE CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE, BY THIS TIME THE VOUCHER HAD EXPIRED, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, GROUPON SA SENT ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT THE VOUCHER HAD EXPIRED AND THAT THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME..
THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE VENDOR HAD CLOSED DOWN. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS I WAS EVENTUALLY TOLD THAT THE CEO WILL CREDIT MY ACCOUNT IN SEPTEMBER, AND AGAIN LAST WEEK IN NOVEMBER, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED AS YET.
I WILL NEVER BUY ON SA GROUPON AGAIN, AS THEIR ATTITUDE AND PROMISES LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.
