NO DELIVERY AFTER 4 WEEKS?!!

I bought a necklace through [URL Removed] They said it will be delivered within 4 weeks. So in the 4th week I phoned them to make sure they will send it. I still haven't got my Necklace?? This is the WORST service I ever got from any place...
