I ordered and paid for a swarofski ELEMENT earrings and necklace on the 15/10/2013 and received a confirmation email that delivery will take place in two weeks, two week later still nothing was delivered and on the 05/11/2013 I gave them a call waited for 20mins on the phone just to be told they don't have any answer for and will email me before the end of the day (which never happened), and now today I called them again in the morning waiting for 15min around about 9am and still they had no answer for me and told me they will call me back in 15min its been two hours and still nothing. This is terrible service and I am very upset this was suppose to be a anniversary gift for my wife on 31/10/2013.
