I ordered a wok set from Groupon and six weeks after no delivery, I contacted them and the call center agent tells me there has been a delay in dispatch bla bla bla and that they have to reorder the goods, bla bla bla and that it will be delivered within 2 weeks!!! That was two weeks ago and I still have had zero correspondence from Groupon to forewarn me about any furher delays and HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS. I am an avid online shopper and my experience with Groupon has been by far the worst compared to sites like OneDayOnly (I ordered a guitar from their site and it was delivered within a week and all the other goods I have ordered from them have been delivered in the time they say and if there is to be a delay... THEY CALL/EMAIL YOU!!!). Get your act together GroupOn. You have such amazing offers but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired
