After the non delivery of my kids xmas scooters i would have thought groupon would have sorted themselves out. NO WAY! we also ordered a pig docking station at the beginning of dec and still no delivery and no feedback whatsoever from groupon. my wife has emailed, tried to call (waste of time) and no one seems to care. how are these chancers still in business? [Email Removed] if you are watching, groupon. you took the money. sort it out!!!
we received confirmation of order on the 5th dec 2012. offer ended on the 6th. 4 weeks delivery? we now think groupon use us as a short term loan. take our money when they need it, refund us when they dont. whats the story?
