BAD, EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE

During October 2013 I've ordered a DIY CCTV Kit with 500GB Hard Drive, Including Delivery. On 12 October 2013 at 8:39AM I've received my order confirmation stating "Your order is being processed by Groupon STC. You have nothing more to do than wait for your delivery! " -----How WRONG---

After numerous (3-4) inquiries I was told today that according to tracking number, it appears the product was delivered, and "I would recommend checking with your neighbors or others who might have accepted the package on your behalf to see if one of them has it".

This is totally unacceptable to me as it seems like Groupon distant themselves from the responsibility of final delivery into the client's hands. I lack to see the surety of getting what has been ordered AND PAID FOR delivered to the client.

I am very disappointed in the above train of events and consider to withdraw my membership from Groupon.
