NO CUSTOMER RESPONSE/FEEDBACK

I order jewelry (white gold ring) from Wicount, after waiting over 2 weeks for delivery I queried from them via email what's the status of the deilvery from the merchant (as I understand it's a third party delivery deal).
Their policy on the reply email said they will respond within 24hrs but I haven't heard anything for 2 days now.
It is a xmas gift and I don't want anything to go wrong
