I hope that this complaint gets some action. I place orders every few days with the deal sites and most of the time get really good service but the service from Wicount (same owner as Dealclick) of recent can only be described as pathetic. I placed an order on 15.11.2012 for a toy for my child with "Delivery takes approximately 14 days upon deal closing" and "Ideal as a Christmas present" being the terms of the deal. Despite many phone calls, e-mails to Lerato and Dan in his senior capacity I have had no firm information on when I can expect the item, only that now, all of a sudden, it is out of stock. It took them over 7 weeks to tell me that there was not enough stock. This order should have been delivered latest 7.12.2012 I want to know when I am getting this item voucher no. is under acc no. Wicount will be the FIRST deal company that I will unsubscribe from once the balance of my orders are finalised. Rgds
