Paid via EFT for a Groupon voucher and used all the correct details - including correct reference number. Voucher was never allocated and by the time I found out it was to late and was told it could no longer be allocated. I then send a e-mail to claim a refund. Got an automated response 2 days later and a week on still no response!! Tried the call center a few times, but always more then 20 calls waiting!! This is unacceptable customer service and something should be done!
