No response to refund request

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to use three of my vouchers before they expired. I have repeatedly asked for a credit refund (which is my right as per the customer protection act), but have received no reply other than the automated ones. This has been going on for a month now, and it is extremely frustrating as I would like to use the credit for another deal (as it stands, I won't risk putting any more money into it, if this is what their customer service is going to be like). Extremely disappointed.
