I purchased a deal on Wicount on Monday 20/05/2013 07:25 AM.
It has been 2 months and I have not received delivery. I called Wicount to enquire about the delivery on Numerous occassions and never got any proper feedback of where the parcel is etc. At one point i was asked to contact the supplier myself. This is really not a good service to customers.
2 weeks ago i called and was told that i will reveive my delivery the following week. Still nothing.
I am deeply disappointed and will not be purchasing anything on Wicount going forward.
I have requested that I get a refund on my deal.
