Sent a mail to Wicount on this issue last week, but as yet zero response. Checked hello peter, and it appears as though this is the only way to get wicount to respond. I would have though NOT making all issues public would be in their better interest, but what do i know.
Ordered a wicount for a company called Non-Stop Print (A3 and A4 print). As yet i have had NO luck dealing with this company, well past their promised "21 day" delivery. Every time i deal with them i get a promise that the order will go out tomorrow. It is now a month from the date i was promised that the order would ship (original promise from the company would have been roughly 29 July).
I have raised this issue to Wicount, since i believe that Non-Stop Print may be running a. Wicount has not responded, and as such i am not sure what the status is, or whether non-stop print has my money? I have a SECOND voucher for this deal, which is as yet unused, but if this round is anything to go by, i shiver to think what will happen.
Please can this be responded to? There are some reports on Hello Peter related to this company and non delivery, as well as wrong delivery and BAD quality.
