I bought a Wicount voucher for A3 and A4 canvas prints from Print Now which I redeemed on 1 July 2013. The deal included free delivery.
It is now approximately 3 months later, and I have not received the items ordered. I have written to Wicount as well as to Print Now numerous times to follow up regarding the items, but they have failed to respond or even acknowledge my query.
The customer service from both Wicount and Print Now has been absolutely dismal. I have paid for an items that I have not received, and Wicount and Print Now have simply kept the money paid for the deal without taking steps to ensure that the item is delivered to me.
