Over a month ago i received an email from rajeen stating that the bookings team will be in contact within 21 days, this was after i sent through my booking form. i sent an email to rajeen stating that it has been over a month where i have not recieved communication from them and he sends me an unbelievably pathetic response saying, 'resend your details'!!! why should i do your job for you rajeen??? i have sent the form to you a long time ago!!! how ridiculous!!! WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??? BEACON / MAYNARDS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
