I purchased a pop up gazebo on line for R699, this came without the pegs and casing, Groupon is supposed to cheaper than other stores, I have then seen at PNP and makro the same gazebo going cheaper and included storm ropes, pegs and casing. When I contacted Groupon regarding this, I just received mail saying that it was escalated and someone will contact me soon. No one has contacted me to date, I have sent the complaint in December last year. So much for good service!! I want them to collect this gazebo and refund me, so I can buy it from pnp or makro.
